Dogs*, cats, birds, and fish are allowed. In addition, our location is only 4 blocks away from the best of Boston’s outdoors. Walk your dog on the Charles River Esplanade or meander through the Public Garden and Boston Common – then clean Fido up in our on-site pet spa.

Pet Policy

  • Max Number of Pets per unit: 2
  • $35/cat per month and $50/dog per month 
  • Up to 2 cats and up to 2 of any of the following are allowed: birds, turtles or rabbits
  • Up to 2 dogs allowed (breed restrictions apply, please reference breed restriction list upon request to KIC management) 
  • Up to 1 tropical fish aquarium allowed (size not to exceed 20 gallons in capacity unless KIC Management approves a 75-gallon tank)
