Walk your dog on the Charles River Esplanade or meander through the Public Garden and Boston Common – then clean Fido up in our on-site pet spa.

  • Max Number of Pets per unit: 2
  • No Pet Fees 
  • Up to 2 cats and up to 2 of any of the following are allowed: birds, turtles or rabbits
  • Up to 2 dogs allowed (breed restrictions apply, please reference breed restriction list upon request to KIC management) 
  • Up to 1 tropical fish aquarium allowed (size not to exceed 20 gallons in capacity unless KIC Management approves a 75-gallon tank)
