Candido is responsible for the maintenance of commercial and residential properties for Kensington Investment Company. As a Maintenance Technician he complete tenant requests in a satisfactory manner, supervises and manages all vendors, and to assure all services are completed. His #1 goal is to achieve a high level of service excellence. Candido was born in New York then raised in Salinas, Puerto Rico. He has been in Boston since 1994. He graduated from Stella Marquez High School in Salinas, Puerto Rico. Candido has 3 beautiful children, ages 19, 11, and 7, and has been married for 16 years. My favorite quote to live by is “You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.”
